Robin Ritchie, President

Robin has been involved in the customer service industry for 15 years and has been a reservations manager for Marriott’s Residence Inn. She is involved in all aspects of marketing/sales for the company. She is an Ambassador for the Sanford Chamber of Commerce and was Ambassador of the Month for August '07 and the 2007 Ambassador of the Year.
She has recently been a guest on The Magnolia radio show with Nydia Bittmann-Neville, serves on the Board of Directors for Keep Seminole Beautiful and is involved in other networking groups such as E-Women Network, Women's Executive Council, BNI-Business Networking International and several other groups and organizations.
In their spare time, Robin and her husband Tom like to spend time boating, scuba diving and playing golf.
Thomas Ritchie, Vice President
Tom has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering and worked at SAWTEK (now TriQuint) in Apopka for 14 yrs starting as a Repair Technician for production equipment in a cleanroom environment to the Enginnering Department where he was an Electro_Mechanical Design Engineer where he was involved in the design, implementation and documentation of various equipment including High Vacuum Metal Deposition Equipment. He has always been very mechanically and electrically inclined and will be involved in any design at Pinnacle Signworks that requires an engineering mind set. Tom is also involved in the graphic design aspect at Pinnacle Signworks. He is proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, FlexiSign and various RIP software programs. He has been involved in photo manipulation and designing for over 6 yrs. He holds various accredations including training courses completed on AutoCAD mechanical design software, SolidWorks 3D mechanical design software, has completed Lumonics Laser repair and theory training, passed the National Home Inspectors Course exam and is a certified (not practicing any longer) New Home Construction Inspector. Tom is also a certified scuba diving instructor with NAUI and has completed continuing education courses for underwater training.
He thrives on challenges and will help you in anyway he can.
